Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have the best shopping experience with us. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

1. Situations Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Order Issue: If you received the wrong item, size, or quantity.
  • Damaged Packaging: If the product arrives damaged or with defective packaging.
  • Product Defect: If the item is faulty or not as described.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide to order something else, you may return or exchange (within the allowed return period).

2. Conditions

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (except in cases of damage or defect).
  • Customized items, and clearance/sale items, may not be eligible for return.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: You may request an exchange for another product (subject to availability).
